1) Could you describe your company as well as the products/solutions that you will be presenting during TRUSTECH 2022?
ISRA is a French Card Manufacturer for retail (loyalty and giftcard programs), entertainment (access control, cashless), luxury (brand protection), and identification (ID card, driving licence). ISRA is also known as leading company on ecological product development. It is strategical for ISRA to be responsive regarding environment and ecological concerns of customers.
During TRUSTECH 2022, ISRA will be presenting the ecological innovative product range based on paper material (ex : RFID cards plastic free) or recycled material. We will be also presenting our value added product regarding 2 aspects: products with high level esthetical finishing effects for luxury or retail businesses, and our value added solutions on identification and authentication (facial recognition embedded on cards, ID cards competitive with PC card but with ecological material)
2) In your opinion, what are the current trends that are providing opportunities for your company?
Authentication and identification are the main trends providing opportunities for ISRA. Indeed, regarding authentication each product has to be tracked and authenticated today to prevent safety issue or counterfeiting. ISRA answers to these issues with cards or even innovative packaging with variable data printing and encoding as secured data.
Regarding identification, lots of countries adopt cards and smartcards as new ID documents. Our card (with semiconductor or not) with our specific material answers perfectly to the middle range needs, that means standard product competitive to Polycarbonate cards (life cycle and price), and we are proud to share our expertise on security printing.
3) Why did you choose to participate at TRUSTECH 2022? Will you be presenting innovative/new products or solutions during TRUSTECH 2022?
After 2 years with poor contact with customers, we were happy to participate at TRUSTECH 2022. We think we still have opportunities to discuss with our partners during TRUSTECH and start new projects with potential new customers.
And regarding innovative new products, be sure ISRA will show all development of the year and for future and we will surprise our partners again as our wood cards in 2021 or electronic printing development.
4) How is TRUSTECH 2022 important for growing your business?
Historically, TRUSTECH (ex- Carte Exhibition) has always been a yearly meeting point for ISRA. Every year we are glad to meet all our partners to make growing our businesses and show that ISRA is always a 100% French Manufacturer.
5) Where do you intend to grow your business in the future (countries or verticals)?
ISRA wants to develop businesses mainly in European countries with ecological cards and packaging but also value added products for access control, identification and authentication. ISRA wants also to make growing its business for ID products in African countries.
And as R&D concerns, ISRA is involved in several European projects regarding printing electronics for asset tracking for example and we plan to start industrial manufacturing in France within 3 years.
