LOQR unveils innovative security and compliance features
The Portuguese fintech company has upgraded its Journey-as-a-Service (JaaS) Platform to achieve new levels of security, compliance and usability.
LOQR, the Portuguese fintech company focused on creating digital journeys for banks, financial institutions and other regulated markets, has just announced its biggest release to date, following its Faster, Easier and Compliant motto. Offering a fully compliant onboarding and digital identity platform, LOQR is one of the main players in the financial sector that contributes to the digital transformation of this area. With the development of these innovative new features, the company aims to provide a unique JaaS platform to increase online business, always ensuring full compliance with the applicable legal requirements and focused on improving the user experience.
More security, compliance, and usability
LOQR’s new features take the platform to a new level of security, compliance, and usability, allowing institutions to perform improved security checks and offer a better user-experience to their customers.
Multilanguage Assisted Interview and New ID Documents
LOQR’s platform has opened its borders to new possibilities, with the addition of the multilanguage assisted interviews and the ability to identify new ID documents. The operator’s script for the assisted interview, during the identity verification stage, can now be defined in multiple languages on the same journey, and the platform can now accept new ID documents, from EU Citizens to EU Candidates, ETFA Cards and other Passports. These new features will allow business expansion by reaching users of different nationalities and languages.
Switch cameras or devices during the journey
While using LOQR’s platform, it is now also possible for the operator to switch the users’ cameras during the interview process. This innovative feature enhances the quality of the captured images of the users’ ID Documents, contributing to the platform’s usability. The ability to switch devices during the entire journey is now also available. So, if a user is experiencing difficulties using a device, or needs to change locations mid-journey, they can now continue the digital journey in another device. To João Cerdeira, LOQR’s Chief Technology Officer, these new improvements are the culmination of a transformation process that the company has been going through and doesn’t intend to stop here. “Looking back, we realize that the intense transformation we’ve gone through is amazing. Going from a single solution to a strong platform and multiple clients is a progression path we’re extremely proud of”, says João Cerdeira. “Stay tuned, we are just getting started”, he adds.
