Global Head of Cash Management at BNP Paribas
Pierre FERSZTAND is Global Head of Cash Management for the BNP Paribas Group since July 2005 and reports directly to the Deputy Group CEO, Thierry Laborde.
From 1989 until 1993, Pierre Fersztand held several positions in the Civil Service. He was subsequently appointed Prefect Adviser in the Ile de France Region, and then as Deputy Director at the cabinet of the Minister of Sports of France.
In 1998, Pierre joined BNP Paribas where he was responsible for the creation of innovative products, services and solutions. He was then appointed as a General Manager of Interbank society (SEME and then BMS) to launch the electronic purse “Moneo” in 1999.
In July 2005, Pierre was appointed Global Head of Cash Management at BNP Paribas

Régis Folbaum est depuis juin 2016 Directeur des Paiements et membre du Comité de Direction Générale de La Banque Postale. A ce titre, il est, avec ses équipes, en charge de l’innovation, de l’offre, du traitement des opérations et du pilotage des risques pour les moyens de paiement. Il est par ailleurs Vice-Président du GIE Carte Bancaire, Vice-Président de Visa Europe France et membre des conseils d’Administration de STET et Transactis.
Diplômé de l’ESSEC en 1998, Régis Folbaum a débuté sa carrière chez Goldman Sachs en tant qu’analyste financier dans l’équipe Institutions Financières de la division Investment Banking à Londres puis comme chargé d’études à New York. Après un passage par la société Incentive Marketing, il intègre en 2002 l’équipe Corporate Finance d’AGF-Allianz France. A l’issue de son MBA à l’INSEAD, il rejoint le pôle Institutions Financières du cabinet de conseil McKinsey&Co. à Paris. En 2012, Régis Folbaum devient Président-Directeur Général de MasterCard France où il contribue activement à la stratégie de croissance par la diversification de l’activité et le déploiement de moyens de paiement innovants. Il a également exercé une activité de conseil indépendant dans le domaine des fintechs avant de rejoindre La Banque Postale.
Director, Head of Samsung Pay Europe
Nathalie Oestmann is the European GM of Samsung Pay. In this role, Nathalie is responsible for the development and roll-out of this exciting new service across the region with successful launches in Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. Samsung Pay is part of the wave of innovative financial payment solutions that will change the payments landscape and for those involved will certainly improve the value proposition, brand and competitiveness of business offerings.
Prior to joining Samsung Pay, Nathalie worked at American Express for over 15 years. During this time she was Global Vice President responsible for B2B Product Development and Marketing for the American Express franchise business that issues American Express branded cards through bank partners around the globe.
Nathalie also held a variety of roles during her career at American Express building expertise in strategic partnerships, sales, marketing and product development. Nathalie has always believed in working closely with her external customers to deliver superior solutions.
Prior to American Express Nathalie was a management consultant with Deloitte in New York City and had a stint with a Digital Marketing start-up.
Nathalie has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree from Cornell University in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering.
General Manager, PayPal Southern Europe
Damien Perillat is General Manager PayPal Southern Europe which covers France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Prior he was leading France during 1 year. Backed by expertise in new market launches abroad including in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, Damien takes over responsibility for a crucial region of PayPal Europe. His core objective will be to boost growth in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy, while striving to achieve the company’s ambitious targets in these key markets.
Damien commented: “2016 was a very fruitful year for PayPal worldwide and in France. In 2017, the company will continue to stay close to its traders and end-users so as to bring them an ever-more-seamless user experience. After several years working abroad and one year heading up PayPal France, I am now delighted to be entrusted with management of Southern Europe, a region currently representing 18 million active user accounts. My core task will be to ensure that PayPal continues to drive forward the online shopping revolution while anticipating end-user and trader demand by coming up with novel and secure payment methods”.
Damien graduated from ESC Toulouse, has worked for General Electric in Europe and Asia and as a Eurogroup consultant in France, holds an MBA from IESE, and joined PayPal in 2008.

Eric Tak is Global Head of ING’s Payments Centre, responsible for defining the bank-wide Payments Strategy and execution of the bank-wide roadmap for all segments across the ING network.
Eric joined ING as Global Head of Cards in 2011 following his experience as Director of Cards Products and iDEAL with Dutch payments scheme management company Currence from 2005 onwards.
Prior to that he has worked for ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers/PwC Consulting as Associate Director, Financial Services Sector and after the acquisition by IBM as Associate Partner.
Eric started his career from 1991-1996 with ABN AMRO as Relationship Banker Corporate & Global Clients and Cash Management Consultant.
Eric studied Business Economics (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) and Business Administration (Nyenrode University).
